Double Exposure Photographic is a professional still life photography and video production company, who have been based in Bournemouth for over 15 years.

We offer photography equipment hire to other teams, freelancers and professionals to help them get the job done!

Choose from high quality Aputure LED continuous lighting, professional grade DJI Gimbals and Matthews grip to boost your next shoot. Our gear is PAT tested, in excellent condition, and packaged securely.

You can be sure it will will look good, work flawlessly and help you deliver the professional results you need. There’s tons of parking at our studio, and a large roll shutter door. 

After confirming your booking, you can reverse up and we’ll give you a hand loading what you need.

You’ll need to have ‘Hire In Equipment’ detailed on your policy. If you don’t have it, just call up your providers and have them add it on, it’s usually not expensive and covers you against lost, stolen and damaged hired in equipment. That way, you know you’re protected if the worst should happen.

We can open up from 08:00, and close at 18:00. Mon-Fri. You can hire over a weekend, but we do not open on weekend days.

If you need equipment earlier, the day before, or to return the next day just let us know and we’ll adjust your quote.

Sure you can, just let us know as soon as possible. During busy times, we may ask for the kit to be returned as per the booking. Otherwise we can be flexible and extend the hire period and adjust the final invoice accordingly.

In the unlikely event of lost, stolen or damaged equipment, we’ll ask you to cover the cost of replacement or repair.

That’s why we insist on insurance.

Costs for repair or broken items will be detailed upon request, and always fair – you’ll need to use your insurance to cover the repair invoice issued by us to settle the bill.
